I'm not a big fan of these sorts of machines. I have to admit, though, that it's a reflexive position for someone who spends a lot of time reading liberal blogs, and I haven't looked into it much myself. This machine didn't give me any trouble, and the poll workers apparently didn't notice or didn't care that I looked like I was trying to call a friend for help while voting.
